Returns
I want you to be able to buy with confidence and be absolutely delighted with your new artwork purchased from me.
If by any chance you wish to return a painting/s you have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to receive a free exchange, or a full refund for the price of the artwork. Return shipping charges will not be refunded unless I delivered the items to you in error or the artwork is faulty. Artworks that are faulty must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt.
Prior to returning items to me, you must receive authorisation from me. To request authorisation please send an email to sorrel@sorrelwillsart.com
Please include within the body of the email:
Your Order Number
Your First and Last Name
The title of the artwork you wish to return
A brief description of the reason for the return, and please let me know whether you wish to receive a replacement or refund.
Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email giving you step by step instructions on how to proceed.
Once we receive your returned order and provided the artwork is in perfect condition, I will replace or refund as required. Refunds are normally processed within 7days.
Goods must be returned in resaleable condition, carefully repacked in the original packaging.
Please note that returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by me. For this reason, I recommend that you use a recorded-delivery, insured, trackable service. We recommend that you request and retain proof of posting for any items returned. We cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.
