Wild and Free - pastel, 29cm x 23cm

I love the story behind this Yew Tree, stretching above the bluebells and cow parsley. The Antrim Castle Gardens date back from the seventeenth century. As they research more of the history surrounding the gardens, they believe this yew was once clipped into an obelisk. When either this part of the garden was neglected or the fashions changed, this tree was left to do its own thing. Over time, it has done just that.

This pastel is framed in glass so is best if bought in Northern Ireland and it can be collected or I can deliver it.
